- Wyoming Housing Opportunities Association Inc. (WHOA), is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that was formed for the purpose of developing and managing affordable housing within the State of Wyoming.
- WHOA – Powell is a 20 unit affordable housing community in Powell, Wyoming.
- Apartments in this community are not rent subsidized. However, this apartment community has rents considered affordable for low-income families in Powell.
- For 55 or older, all tenants must meet the income and credit guidelines. A credit report will be obtained from all applicants. All units are NON SMOKING. Will need a copy of social security card and driver’s license. Apply online.
