The Senior Center is open Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11 am – 1 pm for the weekend grill.
Breakfast is served in-house and delivered every day.
Lunch is served Monday – Friday at noon; Saturday & Sunday 11 am – 1 pm is the weekend grill. We are closed on major holidays.
We are part of the Meals on Wheels Program; we offer warm home-delivered breakfast & lunch to those that are home-bound due to frail health, illness, or disabilities. The same meal that is served in the group setting is delivered to those who are home-bound. Frozen meals are also available for delivery. Our drivers deliver meals as far as Almy.

Our passenger bus runs Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM until 3:00 p.m. Our buses are equipped with wheelchair access. Please give a 24-hour notice for a ride request. Examples of places to go:

Home Delivered Meals
Services are provided free of charge to low-income seniors and individuals with a disability. There are fees based on a sliding scale for residents with slightly higher incomes.
National Family Caregiver Support Program (NFCSP)
Available to those qualified individuals who provide care for those 60+ at home.

Uinta Home Health – provides professional and friendly medical care in your home.
Care is available to all age groups recovering from surgery, managing chronic illness, or keeping up with household chores due to injury or age, our friendly, experienced nurses, therapists, and aids can assist you.
A registered nurse is available to Uinta home health patients 24 hours a day, including wound care, pain management, enteral feedings, ostomy care, IV therapy, PICC/IV port, blood work, chemotherapy.
Our Certified Nursing Assistants are responsible for all personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and monitoring vital signs.
Depending on need, we offer in-home services with medical social workers, speech, physical and occupational therapists, dieticians, and more.
Our medical loan closet is available to all clients.
