- Newborn Visits: the nurses from Public Health offer a free home visit to all new mothers in Uinta County.
- Childbirth Education Classes offered quarterly.
- Premature Newborn follow up.
- Breastfeeding Support / Breast pump rental program.
- Nurse Family Partnership for Qualifying First Time Moms and Teens: RN’s visit moms-to-be to offer support, education, and parenting skills during pregnancy and for 2 years after delivery.
- Best Beginnings: Provide education and resources to ensure healthy pregnancy. Medical financial assistance is available for eligible women. Contact Best Beginnings (307)789-7267
- Medicaid Adult Long Term Care Waiver Assessment: Public Health Nurses assess adults in the community for the Medicaid waiver.
- Ryan White Case Management: provides case management for individuals infected with HIV.
