• The Sublette Health Care District (RHCD) operates two family practice clinics that offer primary, urgent and emergent care along with radiology and lab services:

    • Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday
• The Sublette Health Care System consists of the above two clinics and an EMS Service. There is no hospital and no overnight stays. There is a hospital in Jackson, if necessary. The people and visitors of Sublette County are well taken care of.

• St. John’s Medical Center (SJMC) in Jackson, WY and Sublette County Rural Health Care District (SCRHCD) are joining forces to provide better and more complete services to the people of Sublette County.
