Rendezvous Pointe Senior Center is a gathering place for Sublette County seniors and their community. Hours are 8 am to 4 pm Monday thru Friday.

• The noon congregate meal is served Monday – Friday 11 am – 1 pm; we are closed on weekends and major holidays.
  • For those who live in town and are home-bound, we offer home-delivered meals, or meals are available for pickup.
  • Nutrition education: food safety, the value of fruits, vegetables, grains, and dairy products, portion sizes, and the interpretation of food labels.

• In-Home Services provided to those over 60, Wyoming Home Services (WyHS) helps seniors maintain their independence and live in their own homes for as long and as safely as possible.
