Our mission is to provide housing for the seniors 55+ of the Riverton area. We have several alternatives for housing:

Assisted Living Apartments for those over 55. Provides limited nursing care along with personal and boarding home accommodations. Single and double occupancy is available in 43 personal care apartments.
A caring, dedicated professional staff provides:
24 hour assistance
3 meals a day plus snacks
laundry and housekeeping service
monitoring of medication
daily activities for the mind and body.

plus cable tv, hair salon, exercise room, game room, and local transportation
REACH West-Custom Duplex Homes
On the same 40 acre complex as the Homestead Center are located custom stick built duplexes. Choose from the many floor plans that we have or design your own. We have some residences that were constructed to match floor plans of past favorite homes. All duplexes have one or two car garages and patios. These residences are surrounded by large landscaped lawns that are maintained by the Foundation. These homes sometimes come up for sale. Contact the Reach Foundation for information.
Riverton Senior Housing is a one story, 27 apartment complex, intended for seniors who qualify for assistance in meeting their rental expenses. Apartments have patios, flower beds, and large landscaped lawn areas that are maintained by management staff and are for physically self-sufficient individuals, men, women, and couples, who are 62 years of age or older with income limitations.
Teton Senior Housing,101 North 3rd East, Riverton, WY 82501
Originally the Teton Hotel, built in 1917. This four-story all brick structure was converted into 27 one bedroom apartments in 1985. This facility is not a rental assistance project, however individuals may qualify in their own right and receive federal Section 8 assistance.

Sempiternal is a three-story apartment complex with 32 one bedroom units. For seniors who qualify for assistance in meeting their rental expenses.
