In most cases there is no out of pocket expense for home health services. Premiere Home Healthis Medicare and Medicaid certified and there is no co-pay for services. Services are also covered by most private insurance. We will help you determine your best health care options.

Registered Nurses work closely with your physician to develop a personalized plan of care for your medical needs. Premiere Home Health excels in wound care management practices. Our Wound Care Certified Registered Nurse keeps up to date on the latest cutting edge techniques and standards of care in skin and wound management. Nurses also assist with:

Home Health Aides
Certified Nursing Assistants will aid you with personal care such as:

Occupational Therapy
Certified Therapists assist to maximize your independence with activities of daily living and self-care. Therapists work closely with you and your physician to develop a personalized plan of treatment including muscle re-education, therapeutic exercise, home safety, adaptive equipment needs and other treatments as you may require. Our Occupational Therapy department also specializes in work injuries and rehabilitation of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand.
Physical Therapy
Certified Therapists aid you toward regaining optimal physical health and range of motion. Our Physical Therapists will work with you and your physician to establish a home exercise program and develop a personalized plan of care. Therapists provide therapeutic exercises following surgery or medical changes, fall prevention, balance and gait training, strengthening, endurance and specific modalities you may require for optimal rehabilitation.
Speech Therapy
Certified Therapists will help you resume the ability to communicate basic physical needs and emotional status, increase your comprehensive/memory skills and help with swallowing difficulties.
Home Infusion Therapy
At Premier Home Health, we work with your physician and a qualified home infusion pharmacy to develop a medication plan, and the duration of care. As a key part of the infusion service, patients also receive complete education about their plan of care, and we work to make your experience painless, easy, and inexpensive.
