- The Pinedale Community Food Basket exists to support our community and to improve the quality of life of low-income individuals and those in emergency situations. The Pinedale Community organization is primarily funded by proceeds from the Thrift Store. Your donations and purchases help to buy meat, fruit, dairy, and other food items that are distributed monthly. Money from the Thrift Store is also used to fund the FBRC to extend a helping hand in times of crisis.
- There are many ways to help. Monetary donations can be directed to Food, General Fund, or directly to the FBRC. Donations of gently used clothing and household goods dropped at the Thrift Store will be sold and the funds will buy food, keep the heat and lights on, and pay the employees. Are you more hands-on? Consider volunteering. Email using the form below or call the Food Basket phone at 367-3160 or the Thrift Store at 367-3206.
