- NW BOCES provides mental health programs and services for emotionally disturbed youth and their families. Services include educational, therapeutic, and residential programs to promote learning and growth to improve the quality of life for youth with disabilities.
- Northwest BOCES is a fee for service program with placement by School Districts or Department of Family Services.
- Provides cooperative services to eighteen school districts in Fremont, Hot Springs, Park, Washakie, Big Horn, and Converse Counties and to other educational and human services throughout the state of Wyoming.
