Low Income/Senior/Disabled Housing – Hot Springs/Washakie County
The Section 8 Choice Voucher Program is a government subsidized housing assistance program for low-income families
or individuals. The tenant will pay about 30% of their monthly income for rent. Section 8 will subsidize the rest. The Section 8 Consolidation Program is a privately funded grant program outside of HUD and local housing authorities.
