Lincoln Self Reliance provides habilitation services to adults and children with intellectual disabilities or acquired brain injuries and vocational services for adults and children in their local communities.

Residential Habilitation (24-hour staffed homes) in four locations: Afton, Thayne, Kemmerer, and Evanston
