- Hotline and legal assistance on many civil matters to low-income individuals and those over 60 years.
- Services We Provide:
- Counsel and advise the client about their specific need.
- Assist in filling out pro se packets.
- Look over court forms and other paperwork.
- Make telephone calls on a client’s behalf to a state or community service agency.
- Make referrals to other agencies for assistance with their issue.
- Limited representation in court.
- Representation for administrative appeals such as Social Security Disability hearings.
- Representation against the IRS for those with tax disputes.
- Extended Litigation.

- Client Eligibility:
- Must apply for service through our hotline (877) 432-9955. Open Monday -Friday from 9 am -4 pm or any Legal Aid of Wyoming, Inc. office.
- Financial eligibility determinations are based on the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines.
- Assets are limited to $5000 with the asset ceiling increasing by $3000 for each additional household member. Seniors aged 60 and over are not restricted by the income and asset guidelines.
- Must be a United States citizen or Eligible Alien.
- Cannot be Incarcerated.
