**We are always looking for volunteers to assist patients of all ages, their caregivers, and their families during difficult times.**
- We can care for your terminally ill loved one:
- in our 8-bed hospice facility
- in-home care for Fremont County
- in a nursing care facility
- Patients are encouraged to decide how and where they want to live for the remainder of their lives.
- We provide Physical Care:
- professionals will manage your symptoms and pain to give you day-to-day comfort.
- we provide care for all terminal diseases such as cancer, heart failure, and lung disease.
- Spiritual Care:
- spiritual guidance available; your beliefs are respected.
- our goal is to maximize the time and quality of life. This is not a time to lose hope, this is a time to reclaim the spirit of life.
- Psychosocial:
- no more isolation
- no more loneliness
- no more fear
- Emotional:
- hospice allows patients to live life to the fullest with quality and dignity.
- provides emotional support for the patient and the patient’s family.
- grief counseling and bereavement services during and after a death for loved ones for up to a year.
