- Heart Mountain Volunteer Medical Clinic (HMVMC) is an all volunteer staffed medical clinic providing free outpatient non-emergency acute and chronic primary care to eligible patients who live or work in the Big Horn Basin. HMVMC provides a patient advocacy program focused on meeting the physical, psychological, and social needs of individuals in a supportive and caring environment.
- Eligibility requirements: uninsured and reside or work in the Big Horn Basin, gross income at or below 200% of FPL and do not qualify for other healthcare programs.
- Consumers are primarily adults, as children qualify for other programs.
