The Evanston Housing Authority is a Section 8 and Public Housing Agency in Evanston, Wyoming. This agency oversees 31 units of affordable, senior housing in Evanston and Lyman. Seniors that are 62+ must meet income requirements. Tenant is usually responsible for utilities.

- Homestead, 1237 Unita, 14 apartments, 1 & 2 bedroom
- West Owen Street, Lyman, 5 apartments
Other low income, family apartments are available. Section 8 vouchers are available.
