- Eagles Hope helps people coming from the streets, the transitional homeless, change their lives.
- Eagles Hope is a transitional housing facility for homeless individuals in Fremont county who have fallen on hard times.
- Must be willing to look for and obtain a job, and to pay a low housing fee.
- There is ZERO tolerance for drugs, alcohol, verbal or physical abuse, or other unacceptable behavior.
- Provides one meal daily.
- Budgeting and Wellness Classes.
- Works with the Drug Court to make healthy routines for life.
- Help with Parenting Classes.
- Help with Job Search and Placement.
- Placement into homes and low-income apartments, including help with deposit.
- Emergency housing; average stay is 3 – 6 months.
- Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent.
- The Eagles Hope Transitions (ENL) is a Wyoming nonprofit corporation based in Riverton, Wyoming. The Eagles Hope Transitions provides for the residents of Fremont County a way to help create, build, and transition back into their families and/or their communities with the knowledge, skills and guidance they require to access and utilize needed services to become a healthy, productive member of Fremont County. We provide a safe and sober living environment that allows all people to maintain dignity and respect, and long-term personal and financial sustainability.
