- This two-acre fenced area is perfect for off-leash play and socializing with an amazing view! Located behind East Fork Vet Clinic. Six-foot wire fence, half flat & graveled, half natural. Running water, picnic shelter, clean-up station. Plans include landscaping and maybe doggie playground equipment. Go enjoy some play time! Please obey the posted rules. - On the left at the entrance to Hot Springs State Park, beside the Big Horn River. This area is dedicated to fun and exercise activities with your dog. Dogs may run off-leash, under voice control, within the confines of the fenced area. Enjoy!
