- We provide in center, outpatient hemo dialysis treatments for patients with chronic kidney disease who are in Stage 5 End Stage Renal Disease.
- Wind River Dialysis Center

- We provide in center hemo dialysis to patients. We are an outpatient center. Patients are referred by physicians and nephroligist; most are initiated in Casper from the Wyoming Medical Center. Those in Fremont County who are interested in peritoneal dialysis or home hemo dialysis are managed through US Renal Care in Casper (307) 472-3700.
