The Casper Youth Crisis Center provides shelter, food, and crisis intervention counseling to children ages 10-18 experiencing situations such as abuse, neglect, homelessness, abandonment, or who have run away from home.  YCC also serves as an alternative to detention for those adolescents requiring minimal court intervention.  Parents/guardians, the Department of Family Services, law enforcement officers, therapists, and school personnel can refer children to YCC. 

Children are also allowed to come to YCC for help, on their own.
