- We are open Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 3 pm
- Breakfast is served in-house and delivered every day.
- Lunch is served Monday – Friday at noon; We are closed on major holidays.
- We are known for our good food!
- The Bridger Valley Senior Center is part of the Meals on Wheels Program; we offer warm home-delivered breakfast & lunch to those who are home-bound due to frail health, illness, or disabilities. The same meal that is served in the group setting is delivered to those who are home-bound. Frozen meals are also available for delivery. Our drivers deliver meals as far as Robertson.

- Our passenger bus runs Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Our buses are equipped with wheelchair access. Please give a 24-hour notice for ride requests. Examples of places to go:

- Services are provided free of charge to low-income seniors and individuals with a disability. There are fees based on a sliding scale for residents with slightly higher incomes.
- National Family Caregiver Support Program (NFCSP)
- Available to those qualified individuals who provide care for those 60+ at home.

- Information to caregivers they may not be aware of.
- Respite care for caregivers, at home & Adult Day Care.
- You can be on both programs.
- Uinta Home Health – provides professional and friendly medical care in your home.
- Care is available to all age groups recovering from surgery, managing chronic illness, or keeping up with household chores due to injury or age, our friendly, experienced nurses, therapists and aids can assist you.
- A registered nurse is available 24 hours a day, including wound care, pain management, enteral feedings, ostomy care, IV therapy, PICC/IV port, blood work, and chemotherapy.
- Our Certified Nursing Assistants are responsible for all personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and monitoring vital signs.
- Depending on need, we offer in-home services with medical social workers, speech, physical and occupational therapists, dietitians, and more.
