What We Do:
Case Management
We provide DD Case Management and CCW Case Management. We believe this service allows us to prevent TBI, (traumatic brain injury) by helping individuals get the support and services they need to be safe and healthy.
Payee Services
Our Payee Program helps individuals achieve and maintain financial stability through financial management and coaching. We also assist individuals in finding and applying for other resources, such as food assistance programs, health care, housing, and more.
Monthly Support Group
Our monthly support group helps create a circle of support for individuals and families affected by brain injury. Support groups feature either a guest speaker or an activity each month.
