Big Piney-Marbleton Senior Housing offers affordable, independent living for residents of Sublette County, Wyoming, who are 60 years and older. Other senior residents of Wyoming can also be considered.

Our 12 duplexes contain a total of 12 two-bedroom units and 12 one-bedroom units. All are unfurnished.
All units come with one-car garage, central heat, air conditioning, and remote-controlled ceiling fans. Heat and hot water are natural gas. All other utilities are electric.
Units are well-insulated and appliances are efficient. Shared outdoor patios are equipped with grill, tables and chairs.
Our housing community is adjacent to the Marbleton Senior Center with its many services and activities.
Rent is very reasonable and includes maintenance, sewer and water, snow removal, lawn care, and trash pickup. Utilities are not included.
All units are wired for internet and satellite television; rent does not include connection to these services.
Units have high end appliances – washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric range, refrigerator, ice maker, garbage disposal, and microwave.
Kitchens are equipped with beautiful cabinetry and granite counter-tops. All units have spacious bathrooms.
All units are one or two bedrooms and include a one-car garage with electric door opener.
Every year the residents have a block party, including BBQ’s, lots of food, music, and good friendship. All area residents are welcome.
