Absaroka Head Start is centered on children under the age of five and their families. All segments of the program recognize that the parent is the first teacher of the child. A child’s physical, intellectual, and emotional development is encouraged and maximized to his full potential. Children enrolled in the center-based model attend school four days per week.
Head Start Centers are located in Cody, Powell, Lovell, Basin, Worland, Riverton, Lander, Thermopolis, Sheridan and Buffalo.
